Bunner's: Supersonic Cookie

The Supersonic cookie is the first product that Bunner's ever made. They started selling this and a few muffins at the Distillery District Farmer's Market back in the summer of 2010. By the second week, a line-up of customers had started, seeking exceptional gluten-free products.  

These cookies use three seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and flax), dried cranberries and chocolate chips - it's a power cookie that actually tastes... SUPER! 100% gluten free!

INGREDIENTS: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), gluten free oats, sugar, salt, cinnamon, xanthan gum, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, flax seeds, cranberries, water, canola oil, molasses, vegan chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla).
