The Poire pour la soif is part of Fin Soda's COLLAB EDITIONS where they partner with local Montreal businesses and friends to create fun out of the box cocktails. This one was created with friends at Stem Bar and was inspired by the aromas in Canadian white wines: citrus, pears and herbs. We used fresh Eucalyptus to bring lots of depth to this non-alcoholic cocktail. The addition of oolong tea brings texture that really makes this drink perfectly balanced.
